After starting his career at PwC, he worked closely with a wide range of nonprofit organizations before founding White Lotus to better serve small, community-rooted nonprofits. Known for his positive energy and collaborative spirit, Alexander is passionate about empowering purpose-driven teams. Outside of work, he enjoys life with his wife, Haley, and their six boys, sharing a love for wrestling, racing, and video games.
